MS MyStery Solved

In her life, author Patti Pickens felt she was being a good Christian, believing in God and following the “rules” of Christianity. However, she couldn’t explain why she was given a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, or how drastically her life would change, as she recalls in her autobiography, “MS MyStery Solved.”

Born and raised in Georgia, this self-described tomboy lived out life’s opportunities: becoming a police dispatcher, EMT and marrying young to a man she loved. She had a few bumps along the way, such as learning to walk again after an accident, but Patti believed God had her back. Then her MS diagnosis in 2002 occurred, resulting in a new life of doctor appointments, hospital visits and her subsequent divorce from her husband. Her story, though, is one of faith and healing: finding hope in health, finding love again and never giving up on God to heal her.
